We began to carry these fine reels after a number of local anglers showed us theirs and urged us to carry them! We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship, how they looked and felt with cane rods, and the enormous value for the money! After doing some investigation, we found that Marryat has been making reels for some time, offers a wide product range(of which the three models listed below we stock, but we can order in any Marryat reel..just email us!) and a strong warrantee. All reels are reversable and have an ultra-smooth and wide ranging adjustable drag.

The Baby

This reel is designed for light lines and light rods! Available in two sizes with a gold frame, the spools can be furnished in either matching gold color or contrasting black, and either perforated or solid.

The Light-Tech

The Light-Tech offers light weight with a perforated frame and spool, and a fine classic look perfect for cane rods. Like all Maryatt reels, the drag is silky smooth. This reel is offered in three sizes, all frames are gold and with black and silver spool options!

The Marryat Classic

Offered in gold, bronze and black corrosion-proof finishes, a smooth and powerful drag and quick release spools. We carry the trout sizes, but can order larger sizes for up to DT10 line.
